At Forever Flowering, we want you to be completely satisfied with your botanical purchase. If your everlasting arrangement doesn't perfectly complement your space, you may return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in their original protective packaging to ensure the delicate stems and petals are not damaged during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print your prepaid shipping label from our portal, then securely affix it to the outside of your return box.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our floral experts inspect the returned items, we will process your refund or ship your new arrangement within 5-7 business days.
